The 60th Anniversary of Liberal International will take place on 16 – 17 November 2007. This event, hosted by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF – LI cooperating organisation), will be held in Hamburg, Germany. In order to celebrate the 60th Anniversary we will hold the “Liberal Thinkers” conference in conjunction with the 179th Executive Committee Meeting. The overarching theme of the conference is “The Future of Freedom”, which will gather hundreds of liberal parliamentarians, including a dozen Heads of State from around the world, offering a unique opportunity for the discussion of this theme.
