Formed in 2005, the Centre Jean GOL represented at the time a centre of reflection, forecasting and archiving at the service of liberal thinking and action. The centre is named after Jean Gol, a belgian politician considered one oft the true thinkers of modern liberalism.

Livres is a non-profit civil association that acts as a political movement cross-party in defence of liberalism. Livres joined Liberal International in 2022 at the 75th Anniversary Congress in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Formed in 1994, Le Cercle Liberal was created by an initiative of intellectuals and professionals to promote liberalism in Côte d’Ivoire, Africa and around the world. Le Cercle Liberal joined Liberal International as a Think Tank in 2021at the 204th Executive Committee meeting.

The Liberal Institute is the thematic creative centre of the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit. Das Liberale Institut develops innovative political ideas on the reality of today lifestyles, oriented towards impulses and solution for current challenges.

Formed in the 1960s as press agency of the left coalition inside the Italian Liberal Party, from 1994 Critica Liberale is also a foundation that tries to express and give continuity to the traditional political thinking typical of the European Liberalism.

Founded in 1964, its objective is to create a cultural institution able to maximise a great cultural asset in the social and economic field left by Luigi Einaudi. Since its formation the Foundation has helped more than 650 young students and scholars.

Teldersstichting is the liberal think tank of the Netherlands. The foundation is named after liberal Jurist Ben Telders, a member of the Dutch resistance during World War II.

Institutul pentru Libertate și Democrație (ILD - THE INSTITUTE FOR FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY) is a liberal-minded think tank that aims to affirm and promote the principles and values ​​of freedom and democracy, facilitate dialogue between citizens and public institutions, and encourage involvement and civic responsibility. ILD joined Liberal International in 2022 at the 75th Anniversary Congress in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Institute is a foundation, Stiftelsen Bertil Ohlin-Institutet, founded in 1993. The institute is named after Bertil Ohlin, who was leader of the Liberal party of Sweden (Folkpartiet) between 1944 and 1967. In 1977 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics.

Previously a liberal think tank, the Institute was originally conceived as Centre for Reform in 1998. In June 2016 the Centre became the Education Policy Institute, focusing its research on education and young people’s mental health.

The intent of The Paddy Ashdown Forum is to deliver civic education within the UK and across Europe re-energising interest and participation in liberal ideals to support the sustainable viability of all communities. PAF joined Liberal International in 2022 at the 75th Anniversary Congress in Sofia, Bulgaria.
