“It has been a great honour to preside over the Liberal International”, LI president of honour Juli Minoves tells Andorran media

Speaking to Radio and Television Andorra’s ‘here and now’ programme in his native Andorra, Liberal International’s president of honour, Dr Juli Minoves, has spoken of his time as president of LI, having presided over the global federation from 2014-2018.

“It is good that the political parties have an international presence, as this is good for Andorra”, said the Dr Minoves. The Andorra Liberal Manifesto, the document that sets the foundations of the liberalism for the 21st century, was adopted at the 70th-anniversary congress of Liberal International in 2017 and would not have been possible without the international presence of the Liberals of Andorra.
