Richard Miller is President of the Interparliamentary Group and a Member of Parliament (Mons/Borinage) for the Mouvement Reformateur (MR) in Belgium). He is Vice President of the provincial federation of the MR for Hainault and President of Pensée Liberal. He is also a faculty member at the Mons Polythechnic Institute. A liberal scholar of repute, he has penned several books including L’éthique de la liberte (2007) and Culture et libéralisme (1998). He has also served as Minister of Arts, Letters, and Broadcasting in the Belgian Government. Mr. Miller was born in Charleroi and received his Licencié de Philosophie from ULB.

Pietro serves as Adjunct Professor at John Cabot University. He held a Researcher position at LUMSA University of Rome (Rome, Italy). He also served as Researcher and Visiting Lecturer at Karlstad University (Sweden). He holds a Doctorate in Communication and Complex Organizations, a Masters Degree in Multimedia and a Bachelor Degree in Business Communication. He is Board Member of Instituto Italiano per la Privacy, BAIA – Network Italy America and the Novum Institute (CO). His first book, “Innovation: from Theory to Territory: Paradigm and Strategies in the Information Society” was published in January 2006. He is also the author of several articles in various Italian and international papers and journals, in which he has continuously advocated the free market and innovation. Pietro served as Vice President and political officer for the European Liberal Youth, a pan European classical liberal youth organization standing for free market and individual rights.
