The 70th Anniversary Congress of Liberal International took place in Andorra from 18 to 21 May 2017. Representing the culmination of LI’s year-long reflection on liberalism in the twenty-first century, a new Liberal Manifesto was signed by member parties and organisations from every region of the world, who joined LI in Andorra to celebrate the 70-year long battle for freedom.
With support of LI full member Liberals d’Andorra, ALDE Party, ELF, ALDE Group, VVD, SFP, LI cooperating organisations FNF and CALD, and LI partner APCO Worldwide, LI brought together prominent representatives of the global liberal family in the country of LI President Dr Juli Minoves.
