Loubna Amhair is a former Member of Parliament in Morocco, she is an Engineer on Ecology and Natural Resources Management, she works as Project Coordinator for Gender mainstreaming in agricultural programmes and policies at the Dept of Education and Research at the Ministry of Agriculture in Morocco. She is an Expert in Gender and Development, involved in various projects with the World Bank, EU and various International cooperations. 

Ms Loubna Amhair is currently the President of INLW Morocco Chapter and the Chair of the Women Committee of the Al Hurriya Liberal Network – AHLN.
