Lina Frostdahl recently joined the Liberal International Secretariat as a staff intern. She will support the administrative activities at the Secretariat, alongside working with the Human Rights and Climate Justice Committees.

Lina is a master’s student in Global Politics and Communication at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, also from the University of Helsinki and has completed an exchange at Sciences Po Paris in France.

Prior to joining LI, Lina has worked for the European Youth Parliament in Finland with projects aiming to increase knowledge about political decision-making and social advocacy among youth. Lina has also completed an internship at the Norwegian Embassy in Helsinki, alongside holding several trustee positions in various student organizations.

Lina joined LI as part of the Liberal Praktik internship programme run by Svenska Bildningsförbundet. She is particularly interested in the intersections of human rights with climate change and digital technology, and is looking forward to working with these and other issues from a global liberal perspective.
