Pallarés has a political science degree and extensive training and expertise in project management. This was clearly displayed at the 2017 LI Congress in Andorra, where she was the on-site organiser who led the team of members & volunteers that drove success in the event. With a solid financial management and funding, she hopes to build on these keys to ensure prosperity for Liberal International. Pallarés offers to build a positive relationship of smooth communication with the membership + partners in Spanish, French and English. Today she is the Minister of  Public Services and Administrative Reform in Andorra’s coalition government.

“Liberalism has inspired me for years. My strong commitment was first shown in 2003 when as a young mother I got elected as a member of my hometown’s Council. When my party faced difficulties, I dedicated a lot of efforts to rebuild our party from scratch and made it return to the Parliament in 2015.

Now, as Member of Parliament, I am convinced I can positively contribute in many areas as LI Bureau member. The experience of smooth relationship with the Bureau and the Secretariat when I was the on-site organizer of the 2017 LI Congress motivates me to run for Treasurer. Then I led the team of members and volunteers to make the Andorra Congress a real success. My work on cost-management and efforts on generating multiple funding resources resulted in financial advantages for LI.

Next to a political science degree, my training and expertise in project management are important for being a successful Treasurer. I offer smooth communication with membership and partners in all LI languages (Spanish, French and English) as essential to keep the positive trusted relationship.”
