Ilhan Kyuchyuk was born in 1985 in the city of Sevlievo, Bulgaria and is Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe since May 2014. In this capacity he is a Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union and substitute member of the Committee on Culture and Education and the Delegation for relations with the United States.Mr. Kyuchyuk is a President of the youth organization of the Movements for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and member of the Bureau of the Party. He has spent his entire life protecting human rights and minorities in Bulgaria, fighting against discrimination and violence,and promoting freedom of religion and LGBTI Rights.
