Ahmed M. Horma, a political and environmental activist from Mauritania, is a member of the Al Hurriya Liberal Network (AHLN). He advises several local environmental associations in Mauritania, helping to support and implement community-based sustainable solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Development and Politics from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and has extensive experience with climate and environmental adaptation issues. He is also a former parliamentary candidate in Mauritania 2018 and continues to advocate for his country’s environmental and climate policies.
