Each party can be represented by up to 2 delegates – please consult with your international officer about how many delegates your party is permitted – the remaining members of your delegation must be registered at the guest rate.

13 April (10 weeks before) – Receipt by the LI Secretariat of political documents that are proposed to be discussed at the Administrative Session
27 April (08 weeks before) – Secretariat to circulate wording of draft texts to membership
18 May (5 weeks before) – Receipt by the LI Secretariat of amendments to political documents
1 June (3 weeks before) – Text of all resolutions and received amendments to be circulated to the membership (Executive Committee Mailing to be sent out
21 June at 10:00am (1 day before) – Receipt by the LI Secretariat of Urgency Resolutions
